Personal Security Lectures
Mercury Associates provides courses that will help to raise staff awareness of the importance of personal safety by exploring the risks they may encounter whilst at work (interviewing, home visits, travel, outreach work, working alone) and also within their personal life. Delegates will learn what aggressive and violent behaviour in the workplace is and explore some of the underlying causes of this behaviour. They will then develop practical strategies to help anticipate, avoid and reduce aggressive situations.
Professional development is also available for staff, leading to a BTEC level 3 qualification in Conflict Management.
